Weather and Closure Information
August 11, 2008 - We are well into the summer shooting season. It has been great to see the recent turnout of members and public shooters. It is a reminder each time I see a busy range, that our facility is a very unique and safe place for people to enjoy their sport. My family and friends shoot here, so we would not have it any other way.
The Board of Directors has placed a Moratorium on Memberships, both Life and Annual effective June 25th 2008 until Jan. 1st 2009. At that time this policy will be reviewed by the Board of Directors.
If you would like to be placed on a signup sheet for Annual Membership if and when the Moratorium is lifted, please see the Range Master on Duty. If new members are drawn from this list at a future date, it will be in the order that they were received based on the dates and names on this list.
For those of you that are unfamilar with ESC, we still encourage public shooters (Non Members) to join us at the range for a nominal fee.

News and Announcements
August 11, 2008 - We had a very successful General Meeting on August 12th at the range. Thank You, to all of you that attended. To those that didn't, we hope to see you on September 6th @ 5 PM for our final meeting at the range prior to resuming our "winter" meeting schedule. The winter meeting place is To-Be-Determined.
NOTE TO MEMBERS WITH DUES THAT ARE PAST DUE (Deadline was June 30th):
Our Treasurer Scott Murphy has been contacting you via the telephone to determine whether you have decided to not renew your Membership with ESC. This is being done to verify that we have a current membership roster and that all dues have been paid in anticipation of transitioning to a Jan 1st to Jan 1st membership year on Jan 1, 2009.
The Board of Directors sincerley hopes that you will want to remain a member to enjoy our facility and commeraderie of like minded gun enthusiasts. Thanks for helping us with this update.
