Chi-chi

Chi-chi is Goku's wife. She has a very strong will and can be fearless at times. She has two sons, Gohan and Goten, both with Goku. She refuses to let Gohan fight at first, but eventually allows it. She is far less strict with Goten.

Master Roshi

Lives on an island with Oolong and Turtle. He is a good martial artist but does not have any special powers. He is fairly old and does not fight very often. He is also quite the pervert.

Bulma

Bulma has been Goku's friend since he was very little. She is Dr. Brief's daughter, and is seen often with the latest Capsule Corp inventions. She is Trunks' mother.

Mr. Satan

Also known as Hercule depending on the series, he is the self-proclaimed best martial artist in the world. Although he doesn't stand a chance against any of the Z Warriors or other fighters with special abilities and powers, compared to the average human he is a great fighter. He was the World Martial Arts Champion before Goku and others competed.

Oolong

Oolong was a villian in Dragon Ball, before joining up with Bulma and Goku. In Dragon Ball Z he plays a fairly secondary character, mostly sticking with Master Roshi.
