I've been working with ASP once again, creating a blog, message board, and various other small web applications. I decided to use XML as my database for content this time around, and am very happy with the outcome. It is a far more flexible format for data storage than Access or text files were. I have a few new sites posted on the Web Design page. I am also working on a corporate site with shopping cart, for the company I used to do mechanic work for. It is set to go live in less than 2 weeks. I have a near-complete version of it posted as well on my server.
January | 4 | 2008 - New Site Is Finished!
After several quickly whipped up designs, I decided to spend a little more time on this redesign. I want to expand my portfolio site, and I haven't quite decided how I want to do that. I am working on new ASP-driven web design and graphics pages for now. I may follow with new sections to incorporate works in my other areas of interest. Between full-time work and college classes, I don't have a whole lot of time, and I spend most of my freetime learning to use FL Studio and Crysis Sandbox 2 editor.
